Pork at the Pub

These eggs were Durty Kelly's Irish pub's take on Scotch eggs but they were dang good. Hard-boiled, wrapped in sausage, rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried. Rashers (Irish bacon) were enjoyed my wife's corned beef sandwich as well.
