Bacon on the grill?


On a recent hunting trip one of our cohorts was inspired (some say divinely, others say it was the alcohol) to cook a whole pound of bacon on the charcoal grill outside. It was crispy, salty and delicious. You have to keep close watch on it to avoid overcooking but it was worth the effort.
